Refund/Return/Cancellation Policies

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange or cancellation. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our Return or Cancellation Policy.

Your order will not be covered by our return/exchange policy due to the following reasons:
Choosing the wrong options (size, font, color, etc.)
Providing incorrect recipient’s information (name, address, etc.)
Personal reasons due to changing mind, personal taste, or preference (could be exchanged).
Order delayed by the shipping company or natural disaster.
For any personalized items are not refundable unless it is defective or any other quality issues.


Your order will be fully covered by our return/exchange policy due to the following reasons:
Receiving the wrong order or item.
Receiving any broken items, or the quality of the items is poor or defective.
Customized item is not made based on the requirement.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can not offer you a return/exchange. Item can be exchanged (due to personal reasons) within 60 days if the item is in unused and brand new condition. (Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees. Flex Zone does not refund any shipping fees).


Cancellation policy:

Once you have submitted your order, the production will be started immediately on the customized items. If you would like to cancel your order, your order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. However, the order is not able to be canceled once it has started shipping. Flex Zone reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
